Okay, so in all honesty, I am not a die hard Shark week fan.  I like the shows and watch sometimes.  But I’m not the type that is counting the days until Shark Week begins.

So why would I bother making Shark Week Cupcakes?  I just love the idea of an ominous cupcake!

These cupcakes are so fun!  My daughter went absolutely crazy over them.

The vanilla cupcakes are topped with blue cream cheese frosting that looks like rough ocean water.  The shark fin is a fruit roll up coated with white chocolate.

All in all, these cupcakes are easy to make.  The shark fin toppers can be a little tedious to complete.  But not too bad.

It is definitely worth it when you see the excitement on the kiddos faces!

Enjoy Shark Week and these Cupcakes.  And whatever you do . . . Stay Out Of The Water!!!
