I like it. I will definitely try it. What do you think would happen if we used frozen banana? Should get better. And I love your blog name.
My young cousin’s bro came to pick her up for 5 minutes and I served him an apple smoothie with sprinkes. It literally took 3 minutes to chop an apple into 3 pieces (with skin on), add a few tbspn of yoghurt, half a cup of thin fresh milk (left over after taking off fresh cream from the top) and a tspn of sugar. It came out a beautiful pearly off-white color and topped with sprinkles it looked beautiful. And of course it was life saver since I had nothing to serve.

I recognize that coconut milk is thinner then regular boxed milk just like my fresh milk. Of course coconut milk has this beautiful coconut scent. I make my own coconut milk by blending a cup of desiccated coconut in a cup of warm milk. Turn out great. Which is what I’ll probably do when I try out your recipe. Take care.

Hi Miriam! Sorry for my super-duper late response to your comment. I think frozen bananas will work great. That will probably make it more like a slushy or milkshake … YUM!
